Here are some problems you may encounter
- The classification temperature refers to the maximum service temperature of the product. Exceeding this temperature may cause serious shrinkage, breakage or gaps in the product.
- The long-term service temperature is the optimal service temperature of the product under stable working conditions. For example, the long-term service temperature of the Type 1260 fiber blanket is ≤1100°C.
- Typical thermal conductivity: 0.05-0.12 W/(m·K) (Room temperature to 1000°C).
- For energy-saving calculation, it is necessary to use the heat loss formula (e.g., Q =λ×ΔT/thickness) and provide a thermal engineering simulation report.
- Initial cost: Fiber blanket < Module < Fiber board. Different products have different application conditions. Fiber blankets are often used for flat backing or pipeline covering. Modules are commonly used for the roofs and walls of industrial kilns and are fixed by built-in anchors. Fiber boards are mostly used on the back of refractory bricks to improve the thermal insulation effect of the kiln. It is suggested to choose an appropriate solution according to the working temperature and shape of the furnace.
- Later maintenance cost: Under normal working conditions where the service temperature does not exceed the designed temperature, all products have a service life of more than ten years.
- Customized cutting and prefabricated parts are supported. The composite structure can improve the thermal insulation efficiency (e.g., the metal foil reflective layer reduces radiation heat transfer).
- Lead time: 7-15 days for standard products and 15-30 days for customized products.
- Core indicators: Whiteness (> 90%) Chemical indicators (aluminum content > 43%, iron content < 0.5%, etc.) Fineness (Particles of 0-25mm, 250-mesh powder, 325-mesh powder and 1250-mesh powder)
