This product is mainly made of high-purity ceramic fibers (soluble or insoluble type), and is produced through a process of digital mold design→vacuum adsorption of fiber slurry→high-pressure shaping→gradient sintering. Breaking through the cutting limitations of traditional ceramic fiber blankets/boards, it can precisely manufacture complex geometric shapes such as curved surfaces, holes, protrusions, and multi-level steps, achieving zero-gap bonding with equipment cavities. Solve the problems of heat insulation and sealing in irregular-shaped Spaces that traditional materials cannot adapt to in high-temperature equipment. With ultra-low thermal conductivity ( 0.08 W/m·K@600℃ ), thermal shock resistance and mechanical strength, it is suitable for extreme temperature and complex stress environments.
